Where each kind of question goes
- Your application, an audit or your eligibility period
- PMI, through your account on PMI’s CAPM certification page. The steps from application to test day are laid out on the applying and scheduling page.
- Booking, moving or canceling an appointment
- PMI and its test vendor, Pearson VUE, which delivers the CAPM at test centers and online. The fees and deadlines for rescheduling or canceling are in PMI’s Certification Handbook.
- Retakes after an unsuccessful attempt
- PMI again. The attempts allowed in one eligibility period and the retake fee are summarized, with sources, on the retake policy page.
- Your score report or certification record
- PMI only. This site is independent of PMI and cannot see or change any candidate’s record.
- Renewal and PDUs
- PMI’s CCR Handbook; the three-year cycle is explained on the renewal page.
- A card, a note or a fact on this site
- Our editors, through the revision routine below.
How corrections reach these pages
Pages are rechecked against PMI’s documents at each revision, starting with the content outline, the Certification Handbook and the store prices. A replacement CAPM outline, if PMI announces one, would trigger a full pass over the topic pages.
Cards get the same treatment: a card whose key fails a fresh blind answer is taken off the site and replaced instead of argued with. If a correction channel opens, its address will be printed here. About Swimlane Prep describes how the site is checked, and the privacy page describes the two server-side logs it keeps.
